Our Method:
Human-guided AI analysis

En2uition’s analysis uses AI that is intentionally designed for relationship-focused self-reflection. Large language models review answers in stages - first within smaller groups of related questions, then across broader sections, and finally across the full questionnaire. Human-designed prompts shape how information is organized and combined at each stage.

There is no human review of individual AI outputs; instead, human guidance is built into the system’s design and shapes how responses are organized and interpreted across different groupings of answers.

The process focuses on how answers relate to one another, rather than treating each answer on its own. By setting clear rules for how analysis unfolds, human guidance helps keep insights clear, consistent, and grounded in context. The result is a structured, reflective analysis that supports understanding and self-awareness.

En2uition’s guided self-reflection is built on a carefully designed 360-question self-reflection framework, created with input from a team of psychologists. The questions are intentionally structured to capture factual information about experiences, exploring relationships from multiple angles without relying on open-ended journaling or subjective interpretation.

Questions are grouped into topic-focused sets of around 15 questions, allowing related experiences to be examined together. Four topics form a level, with each level containing 60 questions designed to explore a broader area of the relationship. Across six levels, this structure creates a complete 360-point view of how a relationship is experienced over time.

This structure helps keep reflection grounded in concrete experiences rather than impressions or narratives. By working through clearly defined topics and levels, users are guided to explore different aspects of a relationship from perspectives they may not have considered before.
