This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites/apps/services or third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe), which handle payment data under their own policies.

4. Data Minimization & Sensitive User Guidance

4a. Data Minimization and User Guidance (Important)

We built the Platform to support self-reflection. You control what you enter.

The Platform is designed primarily around a structured questionnaire experience using multiple-choice and other predefined response options. If free-text or "other" fields are available, keep entries brief and avoid unnecessary sensitive details or identifying information.

Please do not submit the following:

  • Information that identifies another person (full name, address, phone number, social media handles, and similar)
  • Medical records, therapy records, or diagnostic details
  • Detailed financial account numbers
  • Any content you would not want processed by automated systems

We may provide prompts or UI guidance to encourage safer use, but we cannot guarantee users will follow guidance or that automated systems will detect and remove sensitive data.

When you request feedback, your submissions may be processed through automated systems that generate outputs in a one-time interaction. Outputs:

  • Reflect generalized patterns and probabilistic text generation
  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to you
  • Are not medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice

8b. Automated Safety Features Are Not Guaranteed

The Platform may use limited automated checks intended to reduce misuse or support Platform integrity. These checks may be inaccurate and may fail to identify prohibited or harmful content. We do not guarantee detection, review, escalation, or intervention, and nothing in this Privacy Policy creates a duty to monitor user activity or provide crisis, safety, or emergency services.

You are responsible for your use of the Platform and for seeking appropriate professional or emergency assistance when needed.

9. Data Retention & Security

9a. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and maintain the Platform
  • Maintain account history and credit balances (as applicable)
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection)
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
  • Protect the Platform and users

Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may retain and use de-identified and aggregated information for longer periods where permitted by law.

You may request deletion as described in Section 10 and (for EU/UK users) Section 11, subject to legal exceptions.

9b. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
